FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT KIND OF KINESOLOGY TAPE SHOULD I USE?
I recommend a gentle adhesive, face-specific kinesiology tape. Avoid athletic-grade or strong adhesive tapes, which can irritate delicate facial skin. You can purchase our favorite cotton kinesiology tape here.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAPE MY FACE?
For most applications, 3–6 times per week is effective. Daily use will give you the best possible results, but always monitor your skin’s reaction. I recommend performing a patch test before leaving the tape on for extended periods of time. Consistency is key for maximum benefit.
