Kinesiology Face Taping

The method you’ll learn in this course is based on my training, anatomical study, and extensive practical testing. What I present is a simple, streamlined approach designed for beginners that is grounded in an understanding of physiology, muscle function, and emotional anatomy. Throughout this course, we will address the primary functional regions of the face: 1) the forehead and brow 2) the eye area 3) the mouth and jaw region and 4) the chin and neck area. Each 2-3 minute tutorial provides step-by-step application instructions so that you can follow along. You will have lifetime access to this course so that you can move at your own pace.

2 Hour Live Online Face Tape Workshop

September 3, 2026 from 1-3pm PST, One time only! Learn the foundations of facial kinesiology taping in a live, guided workshop with Emilee of GARA. Together, we'll explore the fundamentals of face taping, understanding facial anatomy and muscle function, tape preparation, and placement before moving through a live demonstration of each area of the face. You'll learn simple and effective applications for the forehead, eye area, mouth/cheeks, and neck, plus one lymphatic application. This class is designed to give you a foundation and the confidence to begin incorporating face taping into your own self-care practice. If you can't make it to the live workshop, you will receive a recording when it is finished.
