If you've been curious about face taping but aren't sure where to begin, this one time workshop is designed to give you a clear, approachable foundation while allowing you to learn a few simple applications with me in real time. 

 

Over two hours, we'll begin with the basics of facial kinesiology taping, including tape preparation, cutting, placement, and direction. From there, I'll guide you through a live tutorial for each major area of the face. 

 

Each application will be demonstrated live and step by step, giving you the opportunity to better understand how and why placement matters. We'll close with time for questions, troubleshooting, and a review of the foundations.

Emilee Dziuk-Barnett

Certified SFL Practitioner + Cofounder of GARA Skincare

I am an herbalist, a co-founder of GARA Skincare, and a certified Sculptural Face Lifting practitioner. 

Through my work with clients, I’ve witnessed how the face carries our stories — how muscle tension, structure, and emotional expression shape both appearance and function. Guided by these observations, I sought a gentle, non-invasive way to support muscle tone, tissue hydration, and overall skin vitality. This path led me to kinesiology face taping.

The method I share is informed by anatomical study, hands-on practice, and deep listening. It is a simple, accessible approach for beginners, grounded in physiology and emotional anatomy, and designed to help you cultivate awareness, softness, and resilience in the face.
